    oil change query

hi guys im about to do an oil change on my virago that has a wet clutch and was wondering if its worth putting engine flush through it first iv always done it on car oil changes but never heard if anyone has done this on bikes i dont want to do it if it causes any problems i wouldnt thought it would but thought it worth asking
  4. iv seen some bits and pieces for sale on the web that im interesred in and the ad states the price and the postage rates which is fair does but i was wondering is there any hidden extra costs on top of that for customs or anything that i have to pay for If anyone has dealt with this in the past and bought like this i would be grateful for any info many thanks keep up the work TMBF
  5. Hi guys iv been looking around for some shiney bits for my virago theres plenty on line but i personally like to see and touch before i buy iv bought bits off line before that look great put them on bike waxed it all but within a month they started pitting and rusting cos the chrome is so thin i dont buy the cheapest i can find All the accessory shops i have visited including large stores in and around Hull,Leeds,York and around lincs class themselves as large accessory depts only seem to sell endless amounts of jackets, trousers gloves helmets and all other types of gear which is great Can anyone point me in the right direction im looking for mirrors, stems spotlights, lightbars and stuff like that i dont mind paying a decent price for decent gear but not a rip off price for crap gear Can anyone advise me on a decent exhaust without the collection box for my 535 my exhaust pipes are in great condition but the collection box is getting corroded Thanks

    clutch advice

thanks for that i changed the cable but still have the clunking when going into 1st all i can think now it must be the plates but i not quite sure how to set the clutch interior i have noticed that on the clutch arm where the cable joins the arm at the bottom of the cable there is a arrow shaped bit on the arm that lines up to the rear mark on the casing plate when the cable is adjusted correctly is this correct or is this a sign of the plates being worn or wrongly adjusted
