  1. Hi, Thanks for the reply. Originally I loosely fitted it but then once the brackets were tightened, it wouldn't tighten fully on the cylinder head and blows. So I tried it by tightening the cylinder head bolts first and then the brackets won't line up. Even though it doesn't look bent, I think it must be, so need to try and bend it with out damaging it.
  2. Hey, I'm tidying up an old ER5 that's sat in bits in my garage for the last 18 months and I can't get the new (second hand) exhaust to fit. What would be the best way to bend the exhaust so it lines up with the brackets? If I fit the exhaust to the cylinder head it's about 2 inches out on the exhaust hanger. I forgot to take a pic tonight but will add one in the morning. Cheers, Rhys
  3. I just got myself a new industrial tool chest, this one: http://www.halfords.com/motoring/garage ... tool-chest Should have been £259 and with my card it was £100.
  4. At least he's got a decent ride sorted
  5. Just seen this on the Moto GP website. http://www.motogp.com/en/news/2014/Iann ... m+for+2015 I'm gutted for cal but if he can get a decent ride next season, then I think it's the best thing for him. What's your thoughts?
  6. That's shocking. I don't understand how people can do it
