Hello, I am looking to buy a new engine for a 61 plate cbr 125 with current JC39E model, wondering if I can fit in a 2016 engine in it, which is most likely a JC50. Will it fit straight in with all the exhaust ports, electrics etc or will I have to change some bits?

Hello, few months back I got knocked off my 50cc, got a category B write off on the bike and got my first cheque of atleast half value of the bike that I have spent on it, I requested for extra money, with the proof of receipts that has been put into the bike, so my question is, does the complaints procedure work and how exactly? What do I do? They've told me to send extra proof of service or mot (under 3 years serviced myself) and of 3 other examples, these bikes are pretty rare to find with the actual same age and mileage (chinese), is it worth phoning them and asking them to repair the bike if they believe this amount will make it and I pay for the new frame, they know I'm an inexperienced 16 year old so most likely take advantage of it. I'd be really thankful for anyone that would be willing to help me with this situation as I have no experience.

I'd say wait few more months, as it's chinese problems will come soon, don't get any exhuast, better would be selling this one and getting similar that is not chinese. They rust awful quickly.

There was just a bit of grey compound sealing I guess.

I have a problem with Aprilia RS50 2003 engine gasket, I strip it down to change oil seal and crank bearings, and realised it had no gasket between the 2 engine cases, I cannot find anything all over ebay and internet, they aparently only go from 2006 and onwards. I'm considering getting another 50cc for next few months before moving onto 125, and the question is will it be safe enough to be going through A2 at 45-50mph or should i consider picking it up other way? Thanks.

Been searching quiet a lot and still bit stuck with it, not too sure wether bike is running rich or lean, or good, Last time I checked spark plug it was blackish, mainly black (Rich) 1st Kickstart with choke on and gets too really high rpms, without choke does not turn on (Rich) A lot of smoke coming out when starting (Rich) but than settles, (Lean/Rich?) No fluids coming out of exhaust () Bigger power output at higher rpm When stoping at lights, idle stays middleish than drops down after a while (Lean) Less power when runs for a while (Lean) Runs better when choke applied at high rpm but when gets down stalls (?) Does NOT backfire (Rich) Normal smoke coming out (Lean) Idle tends to be at lowest when lights are applied at night time. The needle is set to the lowest point Have an aftermarket airfilter. Need help of what I should do to gain more performance or stay with it, what I should change etc, or if any dealers would be able to diagnose what to change.

Yes it snaps back and everything is good with the cable, bike only works perfectly fine at night time when I leave the gym.. Than next day, same thing, lesson learnt on chinese.

Rpms don't go back, maybe sometimes after a while, but usually stay high, throttle cable is new has been changed few days ago.

Any tips on adjusting a chinese 50cc carb? What to use or some kind of tutorial. Rpms get stuck, problems with starting the bike, not enough pull from it (amount of air given).

Is it completely legal to park just by the window of Asda, Tesco etc, on the path next to a road, or shouldn't you be using car spaces, if the motorcycle car park is unavaliable, will I get a ticket if I do so? See a lot of people do it.

Lucky me did my on geared bike, does it mean if you passed the test on automatic before any changes, are you still able to drive geared? They should add lessons on lane splitting for new riders, although I'm new myself, I still have troubles to know when or how can i filter, really unsafe.
