  1. Are there T-shirts for this year?
  2. More of a short term fix than long term, but I sometimes use deep heat before riding (the cream kind applied a little while before suiting up or it gets too hot and itchy)
  3. I have a beanie hat with cat ears on that I used to wear pretty much all the time so people started calling me kitty (Plus my mum's called Cat, so works pretty well =P)
  4. I'm coming, but as I haven't even located my bike gear yet, and I have a reputation for getting lost.. I'll see you sometime around 1
  5. Also would agree with low weight, 12-15 reps, and several sets. You could also think about 10-15 minute session on an exercise bike, good for building knee strength/stability, particularly the sit down ones, where you have legs out in front Swimming can also be a gentle way to build up muscle without too much stress on the legs
  6. Been asked to swap a work shift so I'm now free for this
  7. Can't really do 21st as I'll be on a rugby pitch...
