  1. Link works for me when i click it, 340 is a big punt, i'd have to be flush at the time lol It will only work if it has members, adjustments will be made to it to improve as it goes along, as many say, its for a bit of fun, doubt many panigale's will come along, my point being on other successful raffles bikes come up and for a 60 quid ticket if your lucky enough to be a winner its great. Feel free to join the group and watch and see if it develops.
  2. not put it together as a money spinner, my mate had a stroke of luck winning his crosser for 60 quid ( he picked it up today and its a bloody beast), he is into rode bikes first and foremost and hasn't seen it available so decided to put a group together. People get the price they want for their bikes, others take a gamble on the raffle to see if they can win it. its all for a bit of fun. If people join and watch how or if it develops then great, as my mate has done won a 2011 kawasaki crosser for 60 quid. 1 in 49 people will be lucky, the others not. Some people like a punt, others not so much. I'm of the latter, not really a gambler, but if a 1299 s comes up, then i may have a go. I understand the cautious views, i totally agree. Feel free to have a look, its like any FB page, just see what happens, no need to enter if you don't wish. If your looking to sell your bike, its an option. £2.99 and get the price its worth https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid ... hoto_reply
  3. A friend of mine collect his bike tonight from the Mx group, cost him 60 quid. Its a punt for sure, as i mentioned could save 60 quid a month until you can buy it outright. My friend and I thought others may like the chance to do the same so set up the group. No scam I assure you, bikes advertised will be vetted as best possible hence the mandatory £2.99 for HPI carried out by admin. It is a gamble same as doing the lotto itself, 49-1 chance is quite low in the grand scheme of it. Its any ones choice, when a 1299 panigale comes on then i have a choice if i want to take a punt and hope the bonus ball matches my raffle ticket. No body is pressured to join but someone may want a used Bike that is 3k and think bugger it, for 60 quid i'll give it a shot. It will only work with numbers, the Mx site has 49k members so tickets sell very quickly. I'll let you know after 5 pm tonight when my mate picks up his 60 quid 2011 kxf crosser, i know he's chuffed! Even if its a sack of shit he isn't worried as it only cost 60 quid. I'm sure some will try to abuse it, we will endeavor to do our very best to ensure the buyer and seller get the best from it. Its a new idea and want to see if its a goer
  4. all rafflers are covered by paypal, Admin is strict on bikes being raffled to prevent issues, please see link for another very successful raffle group with 49k very happy members https://www.facebook.com/groups/mxonlya ... age_bubble
  5. HAVE YOU EVER WISHED THERE WAS A SIMPLER WAY TO OWN THE MOTORBIKE OF YOUR DREAMS? I hope this is ok with admin, please advise otherwise. Have you ever wished for a simpler way to own the motorbike of your dreams, I know I have. Hours and hours spent looking through various web sites and drooling over motorcycles that only a loan or lotto win in reality will get you the dream machine. There is now a solution. Its very simple and gives everyone an opportunity to sell their motorcycle for the price they want without spending a fortune on advertisement, only for countless time wasters and tyre kickers offering you an insulting price to part with the love of your life. Now its a simple £2.99 which is only chargeable so that admin can carry out a HPI on the motorcycle. The reason for admin doing this is that every motorcycle sold on the raffle has to be legit, no bikes will be raffled without a clear HPI check. The group wants to give people the opportunity to buy the bike of their dreams not their nightmares. £2.99 must be paid into a paypal account, the check will be carried out and once confirmed clear will be entered into the raffle draw. For the potential buyer you can then purchase a raffle ticket/s. 49 tickets are available for each motorcycle, the value of each raffle ticket is the price of the motorcycle (for example £3000) divided by 49 (3000/49= £61.22) once you have paid your £61.22 you will receive a number (payment will go to the sellers paypal account) which will be displayed in their advert.once all 49 raffle tickets are sold, the draw will be on the following Saturday night. The draw is the uk national lotto. The winning raffle ticket will be the bonus ball. The buyer who has the matching raffle ticket to the Saturday night bonus ball is then the winner of the £3000 pound bike of their dreams for a mere £61.22, the buyer and seller will the need to communicate in order to arrange collection of the motorcycle. The raffle will be for road bikes only, their are other successful raffle sites for off road vehicle, you can purchase as many raffle tickets per motorcycle as you wish (49 per item) and sit back, watch the lotto draw and hope your number drops out as the bonus. Really simple, really easy and really cheap! Join the group, keep your eyes open for the chance of a life time and then get yourself a ticket to enter the raffle draw, you could very well be walking away with a superbike for 1/49th of its value. Sellers advertise your bikes, get the asking price and watch the joy over a fellow motorcyclist face as they win the dream bike. Hope to see some big smiles very soon, share this post with all your motorcycle buddies, lets get more people on the road, in communities and getting the bikes they always wanted. 9. I have a go pro and just paid 168 quid for a brand new ghost HD, would like one of these on a track day, mounted to the rear of the seat unit you could watch yourself as you corner and also the bike behind and as they pass you or vice versa. Agreed on the waiting for a year though, there will be some smart stuff to become available im sure
