  1. Will give superglue a try. I'm fully comp through kwik fit their office is losed so can't get through till Tuesday. Phoned a locksmith it is £90 for the cheapest to come out for one hour, new ignition is only £25.
  2. Hi Guys, Managed to snap my key in the ignition while out and about yesterday, half the key is stuck in there, so trning the bike on/off using a screwdriver at the moment. Tried needle nose pliers and about everything i can think of to get it out as i still have a spare key. Any tips, tricks or ideas would be really appreciated. Cheers Pete (It's a kymco cruiser 125 if that helps at all)
  3. I'm from just outside Glasgow in Bellshill. Got my cbt two weeks ago still finding my feet on the roads, looking forward to some summer rides.
  4. Hi guys, My brother is looking at buying his first bikae and has been offered a Giantco Prince 125, he likes the bike, but it has failed an mot because of the rubbe mount at the bottom of the handlebars ( I think he means the anti vibration bushes, but I know little about repair of motocycles.) any help or advice about how much these are to replace and where you would get the parts would be greatly appreciated. Chhers Pete
  5. Sorry guys, like I said I'm a newbie. It's a kymco cruiser 2003. I can't see any damage just found this little piece under the bike.
  6. Hi guys, any help would be appreciated. Went out to mu bike this morning that was was what looked to be an oily patch on the ground to the left hand side of the bike. I couldn't see any dripping from the bike, took the bike off the center stand and there was a crunching sound. I rolled the bike forward and found a very small grey box with a white wire coming out of it, from google I think it is called a Insulation Displacement Connector. Decided not to take the bike to work, but won't be able to get it to a garage till the middle of next month. Any ideas as to what I can do to repair it or what the problem might be? Thanks in advance Pete
