Good idea to buy clothing online?
Andy Mc replied to KWCFC's topic in Clothing, Luggage, Accessories and Security
I was looking at ordering my helmet online, but decided to go in to local store (where I work) to get it, it was slightly more expensive, and they only had the one on show, so I thought I would just order it in through the local shop, a week later I went back in store...sorry no helmet! so I was a bit peeved about it, then I said well I just choose another..so eventually after going through another 3 lids that were not in stock (I did not want a show piece), they said they would check in the store room to see what was actually in, they came out with something totally different, £20 more, but the colour scheme was pretty good so I just took it at left. dismal if you ask me for a very well known store. I tried it on a week earlier, should have just walked out and ordered online with next day delivery (hindsight) .. besides that the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, so I guess you cant beat that. Just crap stock levels. -
Two cows standing in a field, looking at each other for ages, unsure what to say. Then out of the blue one cow just says 'MOO' ...other cow looks at him and says 'bast*rd....I was going to say that!'

You're lucky! my wifes phone is only about 7 months old (S7), it overheated really badly the one night whilst charging, so just unplugged it as I thought the battery would pop one on us! and it hasn't worked since, my provider (3 mobile) recommended warranty repair with Samsung, so 2 weeks later they sent it back saying that whatever was wrong was not covered under warranty, I argued the point but to no avail, and on top they wouldn't actually tell me what the fault was! so eventually had to phone up 3 rescue plan and fork out £80 for a new phone, then I have to send the old one back within 14 days else I get charged another £50!
