If it had been quarinteaned 14 days then when it arrived in the US on the 23rd it would not been delivered on the 26h as that works out to 3 days not 14 ????? There force Majeure. Hi that's right thats the reason Not about complineing it's being ripped off if they had said it take till may to.deliver then.i would not.been bothered but as they said PAY EXTRA AND ITS GARENNTEED . Then being told no it's not not even we will refund extra I paid if they said we will refund the extra then that would be fine but keeping it and offering even quicker more expensive service as well while knowing all about this there not even taken this in to consideration the covid-19 pandemic they still offering the same service as I have sent 2 more parcels since (standard cost ) yet still messaging me PAY EXTRA .. THEY ARE RIPPING PPL OFF .

It used to be but as said above. Also they know that they can always makeahite up like we not paying.out because it's a bank holiday and you didnt have suncream in your bag . Last month (march ) I had to send a paercle to USA so i went on internet and found one that would ship to the USA . For £160 if i paid extra I could guarantee delivery by certain date so i paid the extra ..then it can up.pay another £30 and we.can offer garennteed delivery in 3 days . So as I had already paid I just stuck with it. So.i paid on the 16th for the parcle to be collected on the 18th and garennteed delivery on the 23rd .. OR my shipping cost back ok have a bit.that .. So item picked up 18th . Checked the.tracking number on the 22an still on way . Mmm not in the US yet less than 10hrs to go .. then I see the date changed garennteed deliverey 25th .. ????? Checked the print out no its def the 23rd . 23rd come.and.goes so.does the 24th still not delivered so I email the company where my parcle ON ITS WAY . Then gets.a.email delivered 26th .. Ok contacts them about my refund Sorry not paying out ACT OF GOD I emailed there is no.such thing as act.of.god They replied !!! force Majeure !!! Which basily means anything humans dont cause no control of . So I emailed back.and said taken a.wild guess. But I'm going.to say your excuses for missing the date twice is.... covid-19.. .. Unfortunately somthing that been going on for.almost 4 months you cant claim force Majeure . They replied yes we can so we not.paying out .. So that was extra £40 or possibly £70 paying extra with the courier having no intested in making the deadline as they hide behind this cluse The dates was there dates not.mine they said they could pick up and guarantee delivery on these dates even when this pandemic is going on knowing they not going to deliver but take your money anyway . .

I would make a complaint and go elsewhere if they don't bring it back down. If the accident wasn't your fault you should have kept your mouth shut. I strongly advise you not to do that ! From first hand experience. My car 2005 Merc E350 estate hit by our forklift at work in the compound off road. Forklift driver admits responsibility and the company settles through their insurance (my insurer not involved at all). 3 weeks van hire and car written off (12metre telehandler versus car no great surprise) Companies insurers second offer accepted and used as deposit on next car. Roll on 12 months and renewing insurance for replacement car I was asked the accident question and admitted my no fault claim as I thought like you that it wasn't relevant. Insurance company said you didn't declare an accident therefore you owe us £165.00. I said how can I owe you on a policy that has just expired as I didn't change your level of risk ! They said pay up or court. I said good luck you twats as I don't see why I should be penalised for being honest and declaring now that I made a genuine oversight. They started chasing me so I told them I would ensure it cost them more than £165 to get their money and as the call was recorded I ensured they had a record of me saying I wasn't refusing to pay. I dodged and ignored debt collectors and call for 6 months before summons eventually landed then two days before hearing I paid up. So be careful !!!!! .I just did mine had the letter thro £163.00 full comp . 0.00 excess. Pillion. Leathers.leagle protection the usual jiz . Then the mrs said you have to tell them about that old fart who hit the car just before xmas out of his face on a diabetic rush/almost coma . Oyea crap so I did called them and guess what it's now £183.00 hang on it was not my fault he was off his face having a diabetic episode crosses 3 lanes of traffic and his the side my car head on . So not my fault so why has it gone up . Becuse you had an accident....... WTF . I had to pay £100 excess when I taken my car in for repair had to pay it even when AGAIN not my fault but I'll.get that back once the claim sorted as I cant get the car repaird due to the garage closed/lockdown . So now I want my bike increases for the next 5 years as well .

It's not the wait I had problems with it's the shite insurance/rules . I slid my bike down the road on black ice I had full comp so I claimed on.my insurance . The insurance comp told me I had to take the bike to THERE approved garage which was 60mils round trip yet there was a bike garage /repairs less than a mile away from me . Then waiting 2 weeks to find out that due to the age of the bike . 6 years old at the time they couldn't match the tape lines /paint work . It was GPZ500 all black with silver and red lines . Then getting the bike back and discovering that they only repaired ONE SIDE OF THE BIKE.. So one side (none damaged side ) black red silver paint work DAMAGED SIDE . Shiny gloss black orange stripes and gloss shiny silver.. When I refused to sign the work off as it looked like to bikes fitted together to make one bike . They said they would charge me to store the bike and costs they lose due to the bike being in there way. The insurance tossers said we only have to repair the damaged and DONT HAVE TO MATCH THE REST OF THE BIKE . and if I dont sign for the work they will dump the costs of the work on me . So i ended up with a shite looking bike . It cost less than £200 in the garage close to me to match the paint and red and silver paintwork. They repainted what the other garage messed up . . So when you get yours back check it matches . The rest of the bike .

There was a right up in one the ride mags a few months ago a guy had his bike damaged by an kid messing about with his push bike fell off and knocked over the motorbike the owner seen it grabbed the kid before he bugged off called the cops as there was usual damaged when bike drops . The cops said as he was underage they cant do anything . So he wanted the parents address to claim off them . The cops said no date protection bullshite (crime been committed but wont help ) so he had to get a solicitor to get the name and address then went to sue to get the money back and was told not to bother as the amount money it would take and the likely chance of winning AND GETTING any money back was slim so in the end he ended £600 out pocket . So dam right if they knocked over your bike YOU HAVE TO PAY .
