Hi, I changed the splined kick start shaft and I can't fathom how to replace the spring. I have tried various seemingly correct positions without success. Any help (especially a diagram or photo greatly appreciated please. The bike's been been unused fot a few years and the clutch is not engaging such that I can't turn over the engine by pushing the bike. Any idea why? Thanks

V5 Lady owner Very desirable sought after vintage trials bike - the best moped produced. Manufacturer: SUZUKI Transmission: Gears Model: Ts50X Fuel: Petrol Body type: Trials First reg: 11/02/1985 Engine: 49 Colour: BLUE Mileage: 6,380 Lady owner Provisional entitlement rescinded so unused 15 years SORN-ned ever since. V5,- but no tax or MOT Last working 2017 Very low mileage. Not running at the moment as bad weather prevented my fixing it last year. Otherwise I will maybe fix soon. Kick start gear replaced, but rubs on return – spring etc.fitted incorrectly. I just need a diagram. Brakes need attention. No battery Clutch now frozen - not engaging. I may sort this (weather/time permitting & maybe ask far more) but someone here may grab a bargain as is. They seem to fetch £1.2-1.5k road ready but with even greater mileage. Gumtree "Suzuki Ts50X"
