  1. We're abouts on your bike are the screws? Were they On the plastic fairing that held your light in place?
  2. Hi thank you for your reply, the bulb is in place correctly and its all tight, however I did take a fall not so long ago, leaving a scuff up the headlight so I know It would of had some impact, maybe taking the plastics off and seeing if bending it back to normal could be an option? I'm just curious if these model of bikes come with the option to adjust left to right or just up and down?
  3. Hey everyone I hope your well and thank you in advance for any help! OK so I've got a 2015 Yamaha Ybr with the square light on the front (not the old circle one) I'm due an mot this week and I know it will fail due to the aim being rather high on the right hand side, so I've been trying my hardest to work out whats up myself and learn, rather then shell out for a simple job I should know myself. I cant seem to find any info in my manual either, the light can be moved up and down with ease, but how to aim left and right has left me baffled, I can't see any adjusting screw/screws. I've uploaded a picture of the headlight Anyone with knowledge of the bike or headlight any advice is greatly appreciated thank you
  4. I had just watched the video of him explaining it, and he has just over complicated absolutely everything and I cant follow him unfortunately, can a 12v test light be used to detect the problem any easier, as I have one lying around
  5. I've been told the blue and white wire going into the starter relay should have 12v, assuming this is the correct wire I was only getting a reading of around 0.3v, I've included a picture of the wire I was testing, this is a connection block fitted to the front of the starter relay containing a fuse, the only fuse I have is the one on the starter relay, thank you
  6. Yes the bike is on centre stand so the side stand is always up, were would I find the switch contacts for the starter button, thank you
  7. Hi it has a stand switch it does not look damaged and still working, the bike doesn't have a stop switch, however I havent checked continuity on the start switch, please could you explain more on how I'd go about this, all I've tested for is voltage in the battery and the blue and white wire heading to the starter relay, I'm new with the multimeter all advice would be appreciated thank you
  8. Is there anyway to tell with a multimeter, I'm told the blue and white Carrys the 12v to the relay however it seemed to have considerably less
  9. Hey guys, I just want to thank you in advance for any advice, all is appreciated massively! Ok so I have a 125cc yamaha Ybr 2015 I had a fall last season, and I've only just got the confidence to get back on the roads again, and fix my bike up The front end took most of the damage, mostly the wheel and forks but that's not to hard to get my head around So my main problem is my electric start button, when I turn the key I hear the fuel injection priming, then when I hit the button I get absolutely nothing, not even a sound So I got the multimeter out I've checked the battery which is fine, then I bridged the starter relay which started the bike straight away Any advice on what i should be looking for or checking would be greatly appreciated!
