  1. Hi Thanks to you for replying so it narrows it down a bit so won't be able to just sell the bike whole to anyone other than a licensed Salvage company or i suppose I could strip it down myself but would I then have to send the frame to a Salvage company? Or just cut it up myself The bike in question is a Yamaha MT07 2014 and the accident wasn't my fault I had a delivery van reverse at speed into me trapping me underneath
  2. Hi All First Timer Here Could anyone help me clarify a few things for me please I've recently had a motorcycle accident bike was written off ( Cat B) and a settlement agreed with me and the company that done the assessment but without out them telling me the third party insurer decided to take an amount from my settlement for Salvage and said I could keep the bike. I have received the bike back it had front end damage and is still rideable.Am I allowed to sell this bike whole and say let someone have it as track bike or does it have to go to a Salvage company. Would just like to know about the Legal requirements if anyone could help would be much appreciated
