Yep they the same colours as in diagram will unplug the kill switch tomorrow and join the Red and black ignition wires together as you say and try that No don't do that. The wiring diagram you put up is different to what you've got on your bike so don't follow those instructions. I have 12 volts running to the coil when ignition is off or on

I've tested wiring going to cdi and it's getting 12 volts to it when ignition is on

Looking at the ignition wiring on diagram they aren't connected to my ignition switch and old switch was only wired with the red and black wire same as I done.

Neutral light is part of gear circuit. And wiring matches mine.

No spark after I fitted new ignition but the neutral light comes on with ignition. Can't find a wiring diagram for the low rider

New spark plug first thing I did was get another plug before trying new ignition coil. When I first got bike 2 weeks ago I got it home was a pain to start and flattened battery. Bought new battery and and got it running. Guy I bought bike off fitted an aftermarket ignition barrel and it a wire broke off and lost neutral light Fitted new one and got the neutral light came back. Now can't get a spark

Tested stator all good I'm thinking the cdi has gone but there is noway of checking that I have been told ordered a new cdi. All wiring has been checked and everything good.
