I have a naked ER6 so only a small bike. I can not put mine in forwards because of the way the bike goes in the garden.

I would take it back to be honest. I have had my lid for years and the strap is still like new. If it looks like that after a few weeks then imagine it by this time next year.

Mole grips usually work if you have got the space to get them clamped on well enough??

When I test rode my bike the clutch bit when the clutch was about half way out, but the lever was loose and wobbly so I asked them to sort it out for me before I picked it up. Now my clutch bites when the lever is virtually all the way out. I have given it a few weeks to get used to it but I hate it and want it back so it bites earlier. Is this possible and if so does anyone have some pointers on how to do it?? Regards Adam

Quick jump start off a car battery will be ok. Make sure the car is not running though, or bump start it if you live on a hill.

Horrible crash. It hurts me just to watch it. The GP just did not seem the same without him being there today. Was quite boring!! Hurry back Rossi.
