Bonniebird came up with a cracking idea after doing this herself
The idea is if you have any decent bike gear you are willing to donate for free to help out other bikers then post it here and in return the person wanting the gear must donate some money to the forum to help with the running costs
Its a win win for the forum and the person wanting something cheap and the donator knowing they have helped a good cause :D
So if you have got anything you are willing to donate and post for free...

Alright dudes.
I've just bought a tasty floor mounted pillar drill so my little bench mounted number is up for grabs!
It's a Clarke CDP5DD. It's a few years old but in great condition as you can see. I've only used it for metal which it handles fine with decent drill bits.
The table, which is unmarked, can be adjusted for height and angle. The chuck and key are both present.

My insurance is due up at the end of next week due to it being cancelled :damn:
It has an MOT till the 26th of August, but if I can get it done sooner it will pass, last year there was only 2 advisories, I'm sure it will pass this year easily.
It has had 3 new tyres fitted in the last month or so and the 4th maybe 2 months ago. I has had the engine swapped, but is the exact same 1.2 engine as the original.
Would be great for a first car like it was for me, but as I'm off to uni and looking...

FREE - Industrial/scientific water purification unit

We've upgraded our water purification unit at work so we now have the old one going spare.
It's a Millipore Elix 35 with a tank/pump unit underneath - all handily mounted on a nice stand. :-) It's capable of supplying 35 litres/hour at 10-15MOhm resistivity and TOC <30ppb so you can use the water in your lab, fish tank or maybe even use it for the cooling system in your bike.
Plugs in to the normal water mains and is 240v.

if anyone got a cheap generator laying around they want to get rid of im looking for one just to run some lights in my shed while im out there doing bits on the bike doesnt have to be pretty or high powered havent got lots to spend,also a compressor once again its only for tyres on the bike (and car) so can be as small as 24 litre tank on it as im not wanting to run air tools or spray with it

1st one is a webley dair 1970's original with a pencil scope 4x20 scope (isn't the best scope) comes with a smk green rifle bag. (,22) £200 ono
2nd one is a Beemee .177 and .22 snap barrel Sniper style look matte black suitcase carry case upgraded scope 32x. its originally a american import rifle recently been serviced £250 both rarely been used this one is like new.
both will come with pellets. also original carry cases.

Will start with the bad... It went bang on motorway one evening...
99% sure head gasket gone (when trying to start just spins fast, sign of no compression) I do have a diesel compression test kit, not that interested myself now but if anyone seriously interested will happily do a reading if required.
Turbo gone (no damage to compressor/turbine but full of oil).
Bodywork isn't great (been keyed previously and has surface scratches where I've been using it as a shelf, these would machine polish...

It's currently on a private plate L19 MTP if you are search for it through insurance etc. This plate will be transferred onto my bike and is not included in the sale.
Got a lot of the nice optional extras such as the cube carbon fibre look interior, leather seats etc. Upgraded stereo system (aftermarket).
SSG system works faultlessly and I've had it checked over at BMW Boldon during my last service (+ I've had the air bag recall done)....

Im finally getting round to selling my evo. Hardly gets used these days and needs to go to an owner who has the love for it that i once had. To me its just a car now and thats not right.
