No one?
Oh well, just me and 105,000 others worldwide.
I'm doing the Northampton event so if you are in town tomorrow morning keep a look out for 166 bikes and their riders in suits and bow ties.

How was it? Did you have a good time? Did you wear tweed?!

I nearly went but I’m just not sociable enough!
2018 BMW R nineT
“It’s shit. And as soon as I get home I’m going to buy one.”
That was a fellow journalist’s first impression of the BMW R nineT recently. It’s a pretty accurate summary; the R nineT is somewhat ill-mannered by modern motorcycle standards but also instantly, inarguably, infatuatingly wonderful.

Sure did, had a great time if a little cold.3 piece suits are not very thermally efficient
There were 170 or so bikes, apparently raised about £14k between us.
No tweed, surprisingly expensive to buy it, I bought a 3 piece suit off ebay last year for £15.
Bought an open face helmet this year to fit in a bit more, not sure I like the experience of being hit in the face by insects and leaves at 50mph.
Did about 50 miles in total on the RGV, ran perfectly.

One of them nasty fox hunters in the last pic.
