Just thought I would start this for everyone to check in to say you got home safe

I had a very easy drive apart from a woman rear ending me in mcdonalds car park while I was parked up!!! only a few scratches a bit of plastic I had to pop back into place so no major drama.

Home. Sat nav took me on cracking road between Buxton and Macclesfield and then it was a long boring motorway run.

Great to see everyone :3some:

Did you have to stop to use your 18mm. spanner on the way?

Yes, as it did keep slowly drooping. But instead of the 18mm I used my hand to get it upright again.

Anyone get busted by the camera van that was parked up the road from the pub?

I left at 10am and turned left.. about half a mile up the road there was a camera van. As I went past a police car appeared behind me at a distance that made it hard to tell it was a police car... so I had a police escort for the next 3 or 4 miles until he turned around and went back supposedly to follow the next bike..

Cheeky buggers.

Glorian phoned Gin to let everyone know about the van.....but that was after you'd left, Joe. We're you over the speed limit down there? As the camera was facing the front of the bike I wonder if they sent the car to get your license plate?.....

Don't think I was, I was crawling along playing with my Bluetooth.

If I was it wouldn't have been by much.

I think the car was waiting for me to nail it after passing the van.

If I'd been speeding I would have thought he'd have pulled me there and then? Or maybe I was speeding and they sent the car to get me, but because I was driving slowly they let me off?

Who knows. My licence has been clean for too long anyway...
