What to expect for the Newbies:

Friday afternoon/evening - arrive. Put up tent meet in bar for drinks and chat

Saturday Morning - Breakfast (arrange with venue)

Saturday afternoon - Rideout (routes to be decided) usually 1 or 2 groups go out. 1 group will cater for 125's.

Saturday Evening - Fancy Dress (optional) and Karaoke

Sunday Morning - Breakfast (arrange with venue)

Sunday lunchtime/afternoon - Depart with hangover!

What it costs and how to Book:

Camping

£8 per person Per night to be booked with the venue with card details payment is on the day the card details secures your booking YOU MUST MENTION YOU ARE WITH THE MOTORBIKE FORUM

THERE IS A SET NUMBER OF GUARANTEED PITCHES AND THESE MUST BE BOOKED BEFORE 1ST MAY AFTER THIS DATE THERE IS NO GUARANTEE YOU WILL GET ON THE SITE REMEMBER NO PAYMENT IS TAKEN UNTIL ON THE DAY.

There is rooms available and you will need to book these directly with the venue too but be quick as they are likely to get booked up rather sharpish please DO NOT BOOK THESE ONLINE AS YOU STILL NEED TO MENTION THE MOTORBIKE FORUM AT THE TIME OF BOOKING

You will need to budget for food and drink.

This will be our 10th annual rally we will have held and they are always a successful weekend.

As always the same rules to every rally, as this is a licensed premises you are not permitted to take your own drinks into the pub or its environs. You are welcome to drink what you wish on the camping field, but walking into the pub with your can of stella is unacceptable!!

The Halfway House Inn Bar offers 2 Real Ales, Draught Guinness, 2 Draught Lagers, Draught Weston’s Export Cider, a choice of interesting wines by the glass & over 40 single malt whiskies. It is open all day at the weekends and from 5.30pm during the week.

Friday & Saturday Lunch from 12.30 until 2.30pm. Sunday Lunch 1pm until 7.30pm. Dinner served Monday to Saturday from 6 until 9pm. Children’s menu available.

Advance table booking essential at weekends to avoid delays and ensure availability.

Dogs are free but must always be kept on leads. There are plenty of great walking areas & pooper scoopers should be ready for any emergencies.

There is 24hr access to Free Showers and Toilets.

We are just over a mile from the Severn Valley Railway via road and public footpath and another half a mile to the Town Centre. Ironbridge is around a 20 minute drive away.

If you decide to eat with us during your stay it is wise to book a table in advance when you arrive.

RUBBISH There are recycling bins for bottles & paper. A bin for food waste & a bin for normal household rubbish, cardboard can be placed through the far garden gate on the right to be burnt at a later date. Please take any other rubbish home with you. Thank you.

Room 21 Double or twin beds with two single beds. En-suite shower room with WC & wash hand basin

Room 22 Double or twin beds & extra single bed. Small en-suite shower room with WC & wash hand basin

Room 23 Double and a single bed. Small en-suite shower room with WC & wash hand basin

Room 25 Double or twin beds. Shower in the room, separate WC & wash hand basin

Room 26 Double or twin beds. Shower in the room, separate WC & wash hand basin

Room 27 Double or twin beds with twin bunks. Shower in the room, separate WC & wash hand basin

Victoria Cottage Double bed and optional single bed, bath with shower, WC and wash hand basin. Separate room with log burner, 2 single beds, kitchen, separate WC and wash hand basin

Coach Cottage Double or twin beds and extra single bed in upstairs room with TV, en-suite shower room with WC & wash hand basin.

Downstairs 2 single beds, shower room with WC & wash hand basin, & fully fitted kitchen (no dishwasher).

Mural Cottage Double or twin beds & separate twin bunks, fully fitted kitchen (no dishwasher), separate WC, shower & wash hand basin.

Orchard Bungalow Double or twin beds & twin bunks, separate small room with double or twin beds, one shower room with WC and wash hand basin.

This unit is adjacent to campsite showers and loos. There would be reduction for 2 couples sharing.

Room prices are based on the Occupancy so cheaper if there where multiple people sharing.

Single only two available £69 per night.

Double or twin £85 per night

Triple £37.50 per person per night.
