Just been to visit a chap in one of our local hospitals. I was wearing my RST textiles, hi viz vest due to the crap weather and nutters on rural lanes, and my usual white Caberg lid.

I was happily chatting with him when someone asked how I'd got in as they were in the middle of a royal visit and all visitors were barred. Apparently they were in "lockdown" for security reasons.

No one had challenged me as I waltzed in, so just shows that ignorance is bliss.

I thought it was nice of them to have reserved a clear parking spot right by the main entrance.
My ex got taken into hospital while pregnant as a precaution, I got a call while at an interview, I went to hospital was sent to ultrasound dept, met a lovely nurse, was given a cup of tea sat in a nice office was given a plastic cover for my clothes and some gloves, Christ this is a bit much I thought, I then got taken into a room and asked if I would like to do the scan

Hmm I thought that's not my other half or baby bump, they were expecting some consultant on a visit and thought I was he 😂

I don't think the woman on the bed ever knew, my vip treatment went right down hill after that.
Bite my shiny, metal ass!

Goodnight morning all. My largest tiny human is five today. Managed to keep her alive and sufficiently thriving. Feeling good about that.
