I was wondering why my boots had fallen to bits so quickly recently. It turns out that manure and fertilizers spread on fields is really bad for leather. My boots have been covered in the stuff for the past few months. Even though I wash, dry and polish them frequently the state of our local roads seems to be the culprit.

Something a bit different for you guys!

Had to take the wife to the bloody shops so I grabbed a pic of one of the very old houses in the town centre.

Still has the ring on the wall to tether a horse.

Many of them are like this!

Yes Bob......still got Bethan and Dewi!

But we lost Dylan (the donkey) last July. We'd had him 13 years.......and he wasn't that young when we got him. So he could have been 25+ and time just caught up with him.
