Playing football mate, stood on the side of the foot and ripped the ankle out from between the tibia and fibia. There's a chance I wont ride a geared bike again, but I'm going to avoid that with hard work and physio. Wrist broke in 2 places and countless shoulder dislocations etc etc)Make the excersizes part of your daily life.E.g.. before putting kettle on I need to do 10 reps etcBefore long you won't realise your actually doing it and it becomes 2nd nature.
