S-Westerly
Recently the council sent a team to paint up the give way markings at the bottom of our road. To our collective surprise they also painted this. There is NO road beyond the SLOW sign!
skyrider
they had some spare paint maybe
bonio
There is NO road beyond the SLOW sign! So "slow" is good advice, then. Edited March 8, 2019 by bonio
S-Westerly
Well it could be looked at like that but anyone going at any speed at that point is unlikely to be looking at road markings as they'd be completely barking.

Slowlycatchymonkey
They just missed out writing “I’m a bit” before the “slow”

Slowlycatchymonkey
There are dozens of these type of pics but the time and effort that went into marking the road up in this one is one of my favourites.

BIKERDAD
The Welsh , what is the point of this , all Welsh can speak English , so what is the fooking point . BECAUSE. Now all Welsh councils can demand more money off the government to do everything in Welsh and English. Now in Scotland and Ireland they are putting up signs in Gaelic. So they can claim more money . It was or used to be a bunch of dickheads who wanted every one in Wales to speak Welsh only. So it was a compromise Welsh and English signs . The amount of ppl who was caught speeding and other crimes when the police just had Heddlu on the cars . .

Then they were pretty thick then, frankly.Anyway, I don't get this idea everyone seems to have that if something is an offence you shouldn't be done for it if you didn't realise the police were around at the time you were doing it.
