Afternoon, I used to have an app called Track my Trip on my old Windows phone that allowed me to play back any recorded trip in double , triple time etc on a Satellite view background. Now I've got Android again all I can find so far are similar apps but without the playback feature . Any suggestions ?

Right, this won't be what it's intended for but try this.

Sign up to Strava. Yes yes, I know it's for exercise.

(Could also consider endomondo or mapmyride, but I have less experience of them)

Then sign up for Relive and link it to whatever account you've just created

https://www.relive.cc/

Now when you post an activity it'll convert it into a flyover video for you. Example video on this page here

Any use as a solution?

Google maps has a timeline by default, click lines at top left and my timeline.

Dare not ask where you were having lunch!

Well that's the thing , all I did was walk past the front of Poundland on my way to somewhere else.

Google is what I use… for seeing what pubs we went too and when I got home after a night out

At least Google asks first and is manly private. I removed the Facebook app and messenger app from my phone at after it posted an unexpected :thumb: New Years night out in Singapore.

Apparently if you log into McDonalds Wifi (I no longer do that either) in the UK a year earlier on the phone. The FB app decides to announce on FB if you visit McDonalds again, :| even if you only walk passed one in another country

I had some explaining to do to my misses :tumble:

That depends on your privacy settings. Strava have got pretty hot on that lately and you can say you don't want activities to appear on leaderboards. Plus you can delete once you have your relive video.
