Humberside police are holding their Bikesafe launch at Humber bridge car park on 22 April. You can have an assessment ride with police bike following you. I went last year, it was odd doing 80ish with police bike behind, the one who followed me was realistic about what we ride for. It is worth going, anyone up for it?

I booked to do one last year, but really wanted to do it with my lad on the back, seeing as how he's there 99.9% of the time. Sods law that his Mother (Spit) wanted to see him that weekend. The bike copper I chatted to was keen to point out that we would have to stick to the speed limit  And there's me thinking those signs are a minimum recommended speed
