RC MC eh?

Post by Slowlycatchymonkey » Tue Jul 03, 2018 12:30 pm

I’m guessing RC stands for riding club and MC stands for motorcycle club. I’m also guessing RC is a members group like any other- the Scouts or St. John’s ambulance etc and that the MC is not open to all and takes its badge very seriously. Could someone please illuminate?

Sounds about right. There’s also MCC which fits somewhere in the middle.

Which is not something you would expect when you see them all sat in the Lord's Pavilion.

The extra c stands for cycle despite the fact that motorcycle is one word , its just to distinguish it from MC on badges and emblems . MC = 1% Hell Angels , Outlaws etc. MCC = anything else really.

So MC’s are potentially a bit naughty, mcc’s are the same as rc’s?
