hello folks hope everyone is well! fitted aftermarket indicators to my bike and both flash at the same time! not ideal!

done some research and a solution is wiring in a 1 amp diode, basically the two wires that go to the indicator light in the dash, i need to tap into them.

now im terrible with electrics, i havent attempted to start pulling the bike apart because i would like some pointers if possible with regards to locating the two wire that connect to the indicator bulb in dash

cheers

Before you start stripping the poor thing make sure the wiring is properly connected and that earthing is correctly done.

When you say that both blink at same time do you mean both in dashboard?

You should have only one conductor to the dashboard to the indicator lights if common or separate cables if you have one light for each side.

Maybe it would help if you post a photo of your previous and current setup.
