For leathers, gloves and boots...same as saddles and bridles; clean with saddle soap (don't soak the leather), wipe excess off with clean water and a towel, then apply Neatsfoot oil, or some other proprietary leather dressing. Equestrian shops generally have a selection.To proof the leather, I've also used Nikwax wax dressing, again sparingly, and rub in with my hands; it seems to penetrate the leather better that way Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No mine inadvertently got left on the bonnet of my wife’s car And got absolutely soaked.Dried them naturally but I reckon it’s left them ever so slightly Stiff hence why I’m asking what people use to supple them up again.I’ve got some Nik wax so probably give that a try.Thanks for the replies.
