Leather care

As iv been out a lot in this good weather, so have the bugs. What's the best to clean and protect them and the helmet bought some Oxford stuff for the helmet but is anything better. thanks

A quick wipe with a damp cloth to get the worst off, then a leather cleaner followed by a leather balm.

My local leather retailer (Malec Leather) recommended Autoglym cleaner & Balm - it’s worked well for me, but I’m sure there’s lots of other stuff on the market that does the same job.

Just leave the dead bugs, spill a bit of beer, lager, cider on them,

use them as a pillow and dribble all over them :lol:

a bit of oil from unplanned bike maintenance

and any other nefarious substances that happen :lol:
