Stu
People managed to get from A to B for hundreds of years without using sat navs You could sell him your sat nav for a couple of quid then
JackieOWheels
Why not try one of those tank bags from Oxford, I've got the M15R version and it works great for my CBR as it's got a magnetic tank. https://www.oxfordproducts.com//motorcycle/product_type/luggage/tank_bags/You could put the TomTom in the middle pocket which has an anti-glare shield so works pretty good when on the road and blocks the sun out when it's shining down on you. It's definitely worth it but retail price is quite pricy so try gumtree and eBay for a 2nd hand ones (I got my M15R through eBay)
