Ratser Posted July 16, 2009 Share Posted July 16, 2009 So, popped out last night with my mate for a wee run around.From Blantyre out to Strathaven, down to Muirkirk, then on down to New Cumnock, across to Sanquar, round the lead hills, up to Peebles and Biggar, through Lanark, and back to Blantyre.Just a wee 140 mile bimble, which at times were wet, especially through the lead hills.Weren't many bikes out last night, but two were stopped just outside Sanquar. Ratser Posted July 17, 2009 Author Share Posted July 17, 2009 Thing is I am never sure where we are going to head as I leave it up to my mate who has been riding around finding good roads.The trip down your way seems to be a favourite though.The other night the original plan was to head north, but alas it looked grim that way.Had a good game of dodge the rabbits on the leadhills road though Wee buggers.If I know I am heading that way mate I will definitely give you a shout.
