I will be staying in B&B's and riding about 300 miles, 8 hours a day.

The route and times are flexible. But this is the outline plan to cover all the Scottish challenges.

Hopefully after the weekend we will have one of these http://i434.photobucket.com/albums/qq63/brazenf91/tagred-1.jpg?t=1326652570

If the weather is bad that weekend, I will move it to another weekend.

I'll join you at some point, might ride out and meet at the Green Welly in the morning as it's just over an hour from me. On the way back I'll probably leave at Dundee and drive home, again it's just over an hour from my house. Now fingers and toes crossed for half decent weather!

Hopefully I can meet you just at Dumbarton or something on the way to Oban.

As it appears your route isn't passing by my house at Hamilton area.

I didn't notice the route had been set like that

Surely it would be quicker going back onto the M74 after Moniaive to get to Oban.

I don't know, i always get lost :?

Archie, Gayle I will put up some times that we will be coming through, once i've sorted them out. It will be good to meet up with you all.

My numbers in the contacts section for anyone that needs it.

Rushwind just let us know if you want to come and which parts you want to do.

Just to let people know, who want to come or want to meet us long the way.

So we don't appear rude on the day.

Time

Due to the amount of mileage to cover every day. Most stops will be just to take the Challenge photo, fuel up and eat. We won't have time for much sightseeing or spending an hour chatting.

Bike

If you are coming for any part of the ride please ensure your bike is up to covering the miles and you have breakdown cover.

Accommodation

We will just book one night ahead or find somewhere on the night, staying in B&Bs, so we might end up in different hotels. But will meetup for dinner and drinks in the evening.

Groups

If there is a lot of interest with people coming for the ride. We will split into smaller groups of maybe 4 bikes. This makes group riding safer and enables the whole group to keep up. Still all riding together but so the lead rider only has to look for 3 bikes behind them. (if you know what i mean)

I hope you read this the way it was written, so we all know what we are doing.

Any questions just ask or Pm me.

Dave

I honestly wouldnt know I dont think and doubt we have any rigid plans or eta's.

maybe tc would have a better answer if you posted your times.

Also am not sure it would be cool for us to be seen in the presence of such a small engined heavy bike..lmao
