Environment - How to control climate change

DISCLAIMER:

This is author's view on climate change and how to control it.

Is meant to amuse those with a sense of humour and wind-up those who don't have it :P

Many other theories are available and as stupid as this one.

No complaints are accepted other than in handwriting with 10 copies. Sent to my address or 10, Downing st. :)

How to control climate change

First the facts.

The area of the world's ocean is about 362 million square kilometers.

1mm raise would be 362,000,000,000 X 0.001 (m) = 0.362 km3

It is estimated that currently there are:

Whales 15,000 With average volume of 50 m3

sharks 1,000,000,000 average volume of 5 m3

Manta ray 50,000 (estimated) average volume of 10 m3

Turtles/Tortoises 1,500,000 (estimated) average volume of 0.5 m3

Dophins 750,000 average volume of 4 m3

Orca 50,000 average volume of 10 m3

Seal 750,000 average volume of 1.5 m3

4,295 OF 1,000 tonne long tankers

50,000 mercant ships

Impossible to calculate the amount of rock and peebles thrown daily into the sea.

calculating all the volumes from above:

15,000 X 50 m3 = 750,000 m3

1,000,000,000 X 5 m3 = 5,000,000,000 m3

50,000 X 10 m3 = 500,000 m3

1,500,000 X 0.5 m3 = 750,000 m3

750,000 X 4 m3 = 3,000,000 m3

50,000 X 10 m3 = 500,000 m3

750,000 X 1,125,000 m3

total 5,006,625,000 m3

tankers 1,288,500 TONNES == Considering 1/3 in water

Mercant ships 50,000 X 360m X 65m X 25m = 29,250,000,000 m3

Total volume will be (in km3 (1 bn m3)

5 km3 (live animals)

0.1 km3 (tankers)

29.250 km3 (merchant ships)

total 34 km3

By removing all of them from the ocean the water would lower 93.92mm or just under 10cm.

This not counting stopping kids and adults throwing stones at sea which probably accounts for another 20mm...

Another theory:

Oceans are currently changing and loosing oxigen.

Now making hydrogen is splitting the 2 main gases from water, if one is almost gone extracting hydrogen will be much easier. making fuel cell engines chaper to run.

Judging by the photographs of some of the people crowding to beaches recently it would seem that every time one of them enters the sea the water displaced results in significant sea level rise. Maybe introducing more sharks around the coast would help reduce sea levels?
