I've sent my renewal form off last month but dont hold much hope of it coming back anytime soon. My mod 1 test is booked for the 25th August. Now the dvla web site states:If your licence expired before 31 August 2020Your driving licence or entitlement to drive will be automatically extended for 7 months if it expired between 1 February 2020 and 31 August 2020. This is because of coronavirus (COVID-19).The extension starts from the date your licence is due to expire.I can't talk to dvla as the numbers are always engaged. So taking the above from the dvla website. My online check should come back in date but my card will show as being expire. Will the examiner still let me take my test?
