Dynamo_Delboy
Been struggling to get the carb boots back over the carbs after having my airbox off.Obviously with the bike being 28 years old the rubber is pretty dried out. Is there any easy way to loosen or soften the rubber to get them back over.Cant find any on ebay or wemoto to just buy new ones. They are oval shaped aswell so cant just buy universal ones as most are round.Cheers
Mississippi Bullfrog
Have you tried spraying them with a dilute solution of washing up liquid. Usually works for me with rubber fittings.
