indicator probles

That's a little vague but I guess you just need to trace the wiring and make sure nothing is touching that shouldn't be or it could be the selector switch that needs a clean. Be wary though, switch gear can be very fiddly with tiny springs and ball bearings ready to shoot out and get lost. If you are going to take it apart use a camera to remind yourself how it goes back together.

That's what it sounds like to me. Stopped briefly behind a chap with a trailer earlier this week. He was fiddling behind the car and the lights on the trailer were doing an excellent impression of Christmas come early. It was even messing up the back lights on his car. I didn't envy him the job of fault-finding.


Do you have any reason to think that there has been water ingress to either of the indicators? That's a pretty common cause of gremlins like you describe.

stripped the loom down cleaned every connection and earth ing point still does it so im thinking now its the switch as I have never been able to put a switch back together ive ordered a new one , if that don't cure it I don't know what to do next
