Alien
Had some issues recently with my electrics. Riding along at night and occasionally the lights cut out and I have to mess with the key to get them back on. Is the ignition switch on the way out? Thanks

Alien
Maybe.....either that or dodgy wiring to the light relay....or dodgy relay..... Cheers, luckily I can pick most parts up from Chinese Motorcycle Parts Online very cheap. The funny things is I am currently doing an electrical course part time, around work and I've just started learning about relays.

Thanks If the lights come back on when you jiggle the key then I would definitely say the ignition switch is at the root of the fault.
