Leximoto aspire battery charging issues

Hey guys!

So Leximoto aspire with an added alarm and immobilizer, put a new battery (12v) in about a month ago and its almost flat and the bike doesn't always start with the button. So one or twice I had to push the bike and drop it in to gear to start it.

After doing some tests I found with the engine idling the voltage was about 11.70. Then when I rev up to about 5000 its charging at 11.95.

I think its the regulator as apose to the altinator but I don't know how to confirm this.

And ideas?

(Don't have photos of the bike but I could add a photo of my mates dog)

Could be either/or both reg/rec and alternator Stator.......or it could just be a high resistance connection somewhere in the charging circuit.....

I'd start off by tracing all the connectors in that circuit and pulling them apart and checking what they look like......
