Ross Posted May 2, 2019 Share Posted May 2, 2019 Hellooooo,My fan must have vibrated off and fell onto the exhaust manifold (still connected by the electrical wire) and has melted to sin.Anyway spoke to the bike man... he said there on back order from Yamaha and there £220+vat!!! . Ive looked online and cant seem too see any second hand or patent ones.Can anyone help me in this situation? Are there motorbike brakers/scrapyards that may do one? I have tried contacting the bloke and thee is a language barrier. For some reason all the fans seem to come from italy. Ive ordered a sexond hand one from Italy... it says its going to arrive on the 28th... i think thats the latest. So hopefully it will arive well before. Once ive fitted that im going to get a puig screen and the evo carrier. Gerontious, when you have a spare 5 mins could you pm me times and dates for Eifel, im going to book the tunnel next month. Also if your feeling extra helpful could you please send me the essentials that i may need? As its my first tour im very neive to what i may need to bring e.g. chain lube multi tooks etc...touch wood my bike should sail through happily!
