New pads not sitting right.

Sooo have rebuilt caliper, new seals, pistons shined up, new bleed nipples, joining bolts and slider pins. Have put it all back together and the pads aren't sitting parallel. When I pull them apart the bottom of the caliper springs back together. Can only think it's the spring clips that hold the pads and anti chatter plates together. Any ideas, is it a problem?

You haven't got a problem

Its just the spring plate on the top applying a little pressure and causing the pad to sit the way it is

Its extremely common

Cheers Stu, was worried about it dragging on the disc. Good to know all is well.

Once you get it on and the pistons pumped up it will all be fine :thumb:
