Forum Styles

#1 Post by Stu » Mon Mar 14, 2016 4:22 pm

For anyone who doesn't like the new style

You have an option to change it

There is now three different styles to choose from some are more pleasing to the eye although they are pretty much the same in terms of looks

to change your style simply click on your username in the top right hand corner>>>>user control panel>>>Board preferences

Use the drop down menu to alter the style next to board style click submit

For those that like the User info on the left hand side choose "SE Square left"

I just put the info back to the left and it looks weird now! Think I'll keep it right :thumb:

There's a bird with a moustache works in a car wash down the road, reckon she hangs to the left .

could we have the "Unread/New/Your posts" links added to the other profiles please?
Left is best, but not without the shortcuts :(

I must admit I like the left one

Can you not just click the quick links in the top left?

I think its neater without them on the main page! For mobile anyway!

The menu on the left takes an extra click and it's too easy to click the wrong link. The shortcuts on mobile look and work great for me.
On mobile the user avatar is on the left anyway so not a big deal, but missing all the user info when there is a gaping big gap for it to go in's a shame.

Do me a screen shot of yours Joe with the style with the links please

And what do you mean about a gapping big gap? I wouldn't say I have a big gap on mine!

Gin even though you are on pc you have shrunk it enough to make it go in to the responsive style for mobiles and tablets

I think the trouble is that it will look different on some mobiles!
