In the new topic/post reply window scroll down and just under the "save draft" "preview" and "submit" buttons there is a tab to add photos

But be warned they may well be too big coming straight off the phone

Yea mine as always too big. Reducing them so their longest side is 1024 or less works though.

I've found easiest way is to take a screenshot of the picture and use that, just crop off whats not needed. :thumb:

Or use an app like photobucket and upload them to there and then use the "image" link as they are designed for forums. Though be careful with the link if you don't want them seeing all your photos uploaded to there.

This is a pet hate for me... almost as bad as pasting screenshots into a word document to email them :-/

Harumph.

Photobucket has become utter toss - and now Dropbox has removed the link image function.

Can anybody recommend a good (free) alternative?

I looked at Flickr, but it automatically converts png files to jpgs.

Whatever you use please bear in mind that linking to the image results in the full file size been downloaded by the user!

Not good on slow connections when people link to huge images!
