I do run an add blocker but still its not like it used to be

Anyway I have no need for it these days just once in a blue moon on some forums that don't allow uploads

I have noted that an ad blocker makes Photobucket work a bit better, but it's still nowhere near where it was 7 or 8 years ago.

I recognise that my needs are a little demanding, what with all the GIFs I'm constantly uploading - not the smallest files at times!

Its more than useful for my needs just a little annoying that the service was great and now its gone downhill

I understand why they have done it though after all its a free service so they have to get their costs covered somehow

Could it be that as your memory quota gets used up it gets slower? I am only using 9% of my quota, that might explain it.

As I say I don't use it as much as I used to and I have moved most images out of there now

As I say its probably because I have used it when it was good and very fast so I have got used to that and over the last 5 years or so its gone downhill

Think I started using it in 2006/7ish - it was the site to use. Not so much now.

I'll have a look at imgur - thanks for the tip chaps.
