What model was it? DUCATI SCRAMBLER SIXTY2 400cc

When did you buy it and how much did it cost? demo ride cost £6500

Good points?lightweight, low seat height, nimble easy to ride, looks awesome

Bad points? rattley and poor finish, no fuel gauge, HUGE MAHOOOSIVE MIRRORS

Would you get another? damn right

Any other comments? this bike bought the biggest grin to my face all day.. like riding a 125cc bike but still accelerating at 90mph

I just don't get them, what are they for exactly? you can't seriously go offroad with them. And they look like Stevie Wonder designed them!!

I'm sorry but it's not for me, or anyone I know apart from Stevie.

Lovely bike! And nice review. I fawned over a yellow one a few months ago.... Dreaming... :-(

What are most bikes "for" other than because their owners like them?

I like. No field gauge is odd though - is there a light or anything? Got a reserve tank?

You don't need a fuel gauge on a bike like this. It's not a grand tourer.

I think they are great little bikes. If we had better weather in the UK I could imagine having one as a run about.

I do fear they are trageted at the hipsters though

mine doesn't have a gauge or a light. You get good at resetting the trip meter and refuelling at a set mileage

Yeah its actually odd to have a fuel gauge

They are becoming more common now but on older bikes the least you had was a reserve on the fuel tap or a flashing light
