Note: I did come down from a 750.

Good points:

- 50MPG average will do over 55 if you take it easy

- Easy to maintain, tanks held in place by 3 bolts literally.

- Handing is sublime, throw it anywhere you want and it will come out. Kept up with many sportbikes with ease.

- R1 brakes upfront great stopping distances

- Topend powers decent

- Sounds lovely with an aftermarket can.

- At 95bhp (Mines probably pushing 100+ now) insurance is half the price of a 600 sportbike

- Paint jobs a good finish.

Bad points:

- My biggest gripe with the fazer is the gearbox is clunky as hell, feels like its going to fallout at times.

- Rear calipers prone to seizing, best off replacing and buying a thou caliper.

- low and mind range is not the best, but then again its a 600? K&N does improve it

- Rear suspensions basic, aftermarket ohlins solves this but @ £700

- Downpipes are shocking, yamaha have coated this with such a thin coat of pain its unreal.

Would I buy another one?

Of course, maybe a thou next time though.
