I know this is a long shot but if anyone has for sale or information for getting my hands on some kawasaki zephyr wire wheels would be much appreciated!

Just checking . They also made a 550 and an 1100 . Nothing on eBay .

First place i looked, they seem to be rare as rocking horse s**t so thought id try on here

Some forums mention them and for the look of it they are quite rare.


Apparently the best manufacturer are Kineo, an italian maker

So what do you want them for ? I'm guessing a Café Racer project perhaps . Or maybe you are going for the fat wheel look on the Mutt Mongrel .

The mongrel has big enough tyres with wire wheels. Its for a cafe racer project my pal is doing on a zephyr 750

yea i used to have the 550 but mine had the cast wheels

 

I had one briefly too in Eddie Lawson colours .

yes mine was brief too it went round corners like a gyroscope it might have been something to do with needing new head bearings thinking about it after it went :|

Here's mine , apologies to those that have heard this before but I paid the princely sum of £40 for this beauty .
