I got this as the Can-Am XC-3, but it is their rebadging of the Scorpion VX-15 Air. It was £99, bought May 2012. The 'Air' refers to a pump that can inflate and deflate the cheek linings to get the perfect fit.

GOOD

Lovely fit, very comfortable, the air pump means you do get a range of firmness to the cheek pads.

Huge opening, very wide view. I find I can only see the tip of the peak and the top of the front of the chin guard.

Surprisingly quiet, in that it is not deafeningly loud!

No lift at speed from the peak. But I am sure that will vary depending on your screen (or lack of)

MEDIUM

I don't like D-ring straps, but that is just me.

Don't ride with it in the rain, the lining gets soaked, but that is not really a fault.

BAD

Its big what with the long chin guard and peek and a bit heavy.

I was getting claustrophobic in a full face helmet and wanted the air in my face, but was not prepared to go full face. This is the best compromise. I prefer using biker glasses to goggles, as with goggles I lose the open field of vision.
