Bought for £80 from a Honda dealer Feb 2011.

Comfortable on the bike and to walk with
Don't squeek or creak
Warm, but also somehow stay cool in summer
Solid zip and velcro make getting on and off easy

They were totally waterproof in some very wet weather and then one day had an epic fail and got soaked. They took two days to dry out. I have reproofed them with some Nick Wax and that appears to have done the trick.
