Hi after some help l. I've got a ts125x with a knackered bottom end, I can get hold of a rg125 gamma bottom end and was wondering if barrel off the ts125x would fit the rg125 bottom end?

Hello and welcome.

I don't think anyone on here could answer your question with any certainty.

Couple of thoughts;

Are they the same bore and stroke?

From what I can gather, the RG has power valves, the TS doesnt.If you could mate the two parts, it might be tricky to get running properly, the porting on both will be different and the TS carb would need rejetting.

I would think it would be more trouble than its worth.

Obvious question,why not just rebuild the TS crank?

Hi thanks for the reply. I believe the bore sizes are the same. I forgot about the power valves on the rg125 I think your rite it would be to much hassle. I would like to rebuild the ts engine but spares seem to be hard to come by now, It also needs a new stator which I cant seem to find anywhere.
