Service the forks and swap the springs for k-tec ones that suit my weight and riding style.

Theres stuff i havent took pictures off. I take some then if i sell it i can use them to back up all the work ive said has been done.

Ive pretty much got a new bike for next season, the only thing untouched is the engine.

Its off for a powercomander and custom remap when the suspension is back.

If its down on power then a engine refresh is on the cards.

Looking good!

Why the cooler thermostat and manual fan?

After about 15min on track the temps around 100°c. Everyone who owns a 600rr says they run hot on track.

So the stat opens quicker meaning the coolant is been cooled sooner and at the end of the session when the red flag is waved i flick the fans on to help keep the temp down while im riding slow. Other wise i have to wait for the fans to kick in automaticly at 105°c.

I think its running lean so hopefully the remap will help the hot problem.

Id buy a bigger rad but it means changing the headers for aftermarket ones.

Hopefully il start racing this year and the regs for rookie 600 said standered rad.

Hopefully they will be in spec.

I wish i dropped the engine out insted of messing about in the frame.

Could of give it a really good clean.
