1924 Camrion ?

Recommended Posts

New, here, thanks for the add.

Question for you guys that are into obscure Edwardian bikes/side car combo's

The photo attached was taken in 1924 during a family outing, of my Grandfather (sat in-between his Grandfather and grandmother smiling at the camera, held by his father) aged 9, it was taken on a plate glass negative (one of hundreds I've inherited from him.)

In his latter years of life (he lived to be 97) he often talked about this bike and side car combo, but couldn't remember the details of it.

Can anyone give me any history of the make of bike etc ?

The name on the tank says Camrion (I think)

Any info would be great thanks

That's a great photo and interesting family history.

You can see that era of bikes at the Banbury run in June. Normally 600 odd bikes present and a sight to see them tackling Sun rising hill.

You can see the bikes reg no so someone from the club could help trace if its still around?
