Hi all!

Luxembourg is often just seen as a international investment fund banking place, but the small country has far more to offer: picturesque castles, small twisting rivers, narrow gorges and curves gallore - a paradies for motorcycle travellers.

See you on the road!

Been 4 times and although we tend to spend more time further east in the Eifel and Hunsruck, I make a point of spending one full day in Luxembourg (or Bonio would slap me!!).. avoiding the City. (obviously)

Never had a bad experience there... and its always a joy towards the end of the first day after a long ride across Belgium to cross the border and see the marked improvement of the roads as well as the change of colour of the road signs and for us.. the empty roads. Sublime. Add to that the cheap petrol £1.02 (today) and its purely wonderful.

a personal favourite.. Tal der 7 Schlösser. The restaurant at Hotel Huberty in kautenbach.. run by a mad Dutch couple... and the Cafe at Esch-sur-Sûre... and not forgetting the view of the castle at Vianden as you come down the 322.
